Who We Are

At ASGAI Coffee, we connect Uganda’s coffee origins with the world by offering a diverse portfolio of Arabica and Robusta coffees tailored for international buyers.

From Mount Elgon’s high-altitude Arabica micro-lots (1,500–2,200m) to fine Robusta from the Central and Western lowlands (900–1,200m), we focus on consistency, traceability, and cup excellence. Our range includes green beans, naturally and yeast-fermented lots, washed coffees, and carefully roasted options.

We are more than exporters — we are partners to roasters, distributors, and importers worldwide, providing flexible quantities, custom packaging, and full transparency from cherry to cup. By aligning with market needs and specialty standards, we ensure our coffees not only deliver on flavour but also on reliability and long-term value.

Our Story

From the volcanic slopes of Mount Elgon to the fertile lowlands of Central and Western Uganda, coffee is more than a crop — it is a lifeline. At ASGAI Coffee, we craft traceable micro-lot Arabica and fine Robusta that showcase Uganda’s diverse terroirs and the resilience of its farming families.

On Mount Elgon, communities have endured devastating landslides that swept away homes and farms. We stand with them — purchasing ripe cherries at fair prices, providing free Arabica seedlings, and offering climate-smart training to rebuild stronger farms and futures.

What began in 2023 with one farming family has grown into a network of over 600 households united by sustainability, traceability, and a shared commitment to producing exceptional coffee. Every sip carries the richness of the land, the dedication of its farmers, and the promise of a better tomorrow.
